About us

Hi, my name is Miranda. After working in a multidisciplinary paediatric therapy clinic, my partner and I were inspired to explore ways to further support families to access and engage in therapeutic activities in the home.

Research has shown that engaging parents and caregivers in therapy activities can increase the effectiveness of therapy and support the generalisation of skills to the home and community.

We aim to provide high-quality, accessible Occupational Therapy (OT) services for children and families through our innovative OT Home Therapy Plans. Each Therapy Plan will include a range of resources and tools to support children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development, all in the comfort of their own homes.

The demand for OT services has increased significantly in recent years and unfortunately many families are stuck on wait lists that have no end in sight. Due to this, parents are driven to seek out alternative therapy options that can be done at home to save time and reduce costs.

With the launch of The OT Plan I’ve condensed all my favorite therapy activities and tools into skill specific Home Therapy Plans with the aim to support families to access the help they need when they need it.
