Can I use my NDIS funds to purchase your therapy boxes?

You can allocate your 'Capacity Building' budget to buy any of our online therapy programs, as they are designed to help build skills and foster independence in pursuit of goals, much like traditional therapy programs.

Can I obtain an invoice to claim my NDIS funds prior to purchasing?

Yes! If you require an invoice prior to checking out, please send us an email with what you would like to order. You will need to include your child’s name, DOB, address and NDIS number. You can email us at theotplan@outlook.com

Can you invoice my plan company directly?

Yes we can. You will need to send us an email with what you would like to order and your plan companys contact details. You will also need to include your child’s name, DOB, address and NDIS number. You can email us at theotplan@outlook.com

Is The OT Plan NDIA registered?

No, unfortunately we are not at this point in time. This means we can take self managed payments and private plan company payments through our site.

If you are NDIS managed you may wish to discuss purchase with your LAC. Feel free to email us at theotplan@outlook.com with further questions.

Do I need to complete the service agreement to purchase one of the packs?

Yes you do, you will receive an automatic email request to complete a Service Agreement shortly after your order has been updated.

How do I pay?

Here are the steps to follow when buying our programs:

Step 1: Visit our shop and browse through our programs.

Step 2: Click on the item to get more information about a specific program, and then click "Add to Cart" to buy it.

Step 3: When you're ready to buy, click on the little shopping cart at the top right corner of your webpage then click "Checkout."

Step 4: Fill out the checkout fields, choose your payment method, and follow the prompts.

What happens after I have placed my order?

After placing an order for a child, you'll get an email containing with a request to fill out the Service Agreement. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folders in case the email gets lost. You'll also receive a Goal Setting Form via email shortly after (one for each program you purchased). Make sure to select the "pre program" questionnaire when completing these forms. After submitting both forms, an invoice will be created, which will be sent to your Plan Manager. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be sent out from our warehouse within five business days after we receive your payment, unless the program you ordered is on pre-sale, in which case the shipping dates are specified on the pre-sale website product listing. We ship our toolboxes using Australia Post or other repuatable shipping companies. You will receive tracking information from them directly via email once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What if I need to change my order?

To make changes to your order, kindly send us an email, and we'll try our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped before we receive your request, we won't be able to modify it. In such cases, you can place a new order for any additional items you want.

Refunds and Cancellations

Please take a moment to read through our return policy carefully.

At The OT Plan our main objective is to create programs, resources, and products that foster therapeutic play. We take great care in producing everything we offer and strive for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

We follow the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

We accept returns and provide replacements for items that may arrive damaged, or if they are faulty or do not function as intended by us. However, dented boxes resulting from delivery are not included in this policy.

If you want to make a return claim, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Please provide a photo of the damaged item, along with a description when contacting us about your claim, to help us process it quickly.

If we can't resolve your complaint or offer further assistance, we will refund your purchase upon receiving the goods bought on time. Unopened goods will receive a full refund. We process refunds promptly, and payment will be made using the same method as your initial payment. All refunds are issued at The OT Plan’s discretion.

Will I receive an outcome report?

Absolutely! After completing the program, you will need to complete the post-program online questionnaire to assess your child's progress. Once both pre and post program questionnaires are submitted, we will generate an outcome report for you.
