Returns policy.
At The OT Plan, our primary goal is to provide programs and resources that help families to engage their kids in fun therapeutic activities in the home. We take great pride in the quality of everything we create and are always striving to improve our products to ensure complete client satisfaction.
We understand that shipping mishaps can happen, and therefore, we offer replacement returns for items that may arrive damaged, faulty, or not functioning as intended. Please note that we do not cover damaged packaging as a result of delivery. Claims for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, and we ask that you provide us with a photo of the damaged item and a brief description to help us process your claim. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer refunds.
